Queens is a great place to study because of its people. Here I met the nicest most professional in the areas of education and social justice. It has a fantastic library with a good access to so much knowledge.
Also the uni gives really good financial support for PGR students, so many of my colleagues are getting scholarships.
I think uni’s accommodation is quite pricey and leaves a lot of room for improvements, like the laundry facilities. Not all schools’ buildings are renovated and well equipped. Usually humanities suffer most in this sense, and their schools and departments look much less fancy

Queen's university Belfast is a very friendly place to study at. The campus is lovely and small so it is easy to find your classes. It is also in a great location, close to restaurants, cafes and city centre. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities and sports clubs to be part of, making it easier to meet friends and to join the student life at Queen's.
One thing I've noticed is that Queen's is disorganized in terms of administration based tasks. As an international student, it was unfair to only release the graduation date a month in advance. I have family coming from overseas and this is far too late to try and organize accommodation, flights, etc. The support for student mental health also needs to be improved.

The extracurriculum activities are amazing, supports the students in very area, like study, career, research, etc. The facilities and the campus are woderful and convenient to use. If the societies and clubs could be organized and managed better, that would be beeter.

Title: An Exciting Start to My LLM Law and Technology Journey at Queen's University Belfast
As an international postgraduate student pursuing an LLM in Law and Technology at Queen's University Belfast, my academic journey began on the 16th of September, and I am thrilled to share my initial impressions and experiences with the university and its program.
The moment I arrived at Queen's University, I was welcomed with open arms by the friendly and supportive staff and fellow students. This warm reception made me feel at home in a new country, and I knew that I had made the right choice by choosing Queen's for my postgraduate studies.
The LLM in Law and Technology program has exceeded my expectations in every way. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed and tailored to the rapidly evolving field of law and technology, providing a well-rounded understanding of legal issues in the digital age. The professors are not only highly knowledgeable but also approachable and eager to help students succeed. They foster an environment that encourages critical thinking and lively discussions, which I find immensely enriching.
The library and research resources at Queen's University are top-notch, ensuring that I have access to an extensive collection of legal literature, databases, and other essential materials. This has been a significant advantage in conducting research and writing assignments.
Moreover, the international student support services have been invaluable in my transition to studying in a foreign country. From visa and accommodation assistance to orientation programs, Queen's University has shown a genuine commitment to the well-being of its international students. I have found the staff at the International Student Support Office to be extremely helpful and understanding, which has made my adaptation to life in Belfast remarkably smooth.
One of the highlights of my experience so far has been the diversity of the student body. Interacting with peers from various corners of the globe has broadened my perspective and enriched my academic and social life. The university fosters a multicultural environment, which has helped me make friends and connections that I believe will last a lifetime.
While taking into account the accommodation, I live in Elms BT1 which situates in City Centre , I can't stress this enough but almost every utility here is so close and accessible which solves almost every problem.
My initial months at Queen's University Belfast pursuing an LLM in Law and Technology have been nothing short of exceptional. The university's commitment to academic excellence, supportive environment, and vibrant international community have made my experience here truly enriching and memorable. I am excited about the rest of my program and the knowledge and experiences I will gain during my time at Queen's University.
If you are considering studying law and technology at the postgraduate level, I highly recommend Queen's University Belfast as a top choice.

Queen's strongly supports student activities. Last year, I organized a seminar related to film independently and received support from the school. The school offers a wide range of activities, including numerous academic lectures, which provide me with opportunities to connect with experts from both academia and industry.
It would be even better if Queen's could further collaborate and exchange experiences with universities from other countries.
