Designed for people with several years’ work experience, this course will accelerate your career or help you master your current role.
This part-time taught work/study MBA programme has been developed in collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). You will work and study alongside a broad range of senior managers and leaders, giving you the opportunity to network and learn about collaborative leadership.
This course is also available through the Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship route. It is envisaged that students will complete the course in 30 months.
Why study MBA Collaborative Leadership?
Earning an MBA has the proven potential to boost job prospects, because the course will encourage participants onto a trajectory of continuous improvement by constantly challenging themselves, learning about current issues, networking with other like-minded people and applying proven management techniques at work.
The full MBA consists of seven taught modules, and an extended management report based on a combination of secondary and primary research. The management report is often referred to as a dissertation and is centred upon a 10,000 - 12,000 word work-focused research report.

MBA candidates must normally provide evidence of an honours degree in any subject (i.e. normally a 2.2 honours degree or above), and at least 24 months relevant managerial or professional experience in a senior leader context. Alternatively they may hold a recognised professional qualification.
