Deans Scholarship

Application details

Our Deans Scholarship is merit-based and aimed at students demonstrating academic excellence in their current or previous studies. It will be offered to students who have secured an A Grade/First-class average or equivalent, in their qualifying exams.

A number of criteria will be taken into account when awarding this scholarship including Course Choice, Academic Performance, Personal Statement, Academic References, Skills and Experience, Domicile. The scholarship will be awarded entirely at the University's discretion and is not guaranteed to each student.

Undergraduate - Students who have already achieved or are predicted to achieve an A grade or equivalent in at least 50% of their subjects/courses; Postgraduate - Students who have already achieved or are on track to achieve equivalent of a UK 1st class Bachelors degree. The scholarship amount awarded will be entirely at the University's discretion and is not guaranteed to any student. As well as academic performance a range of other criteria will be considered by the admissions team including Course Choice, Personal Statement, Skills, Experience and Domicile. Candidates who are fully sponsored by a third party will not be entitled to these Scholarships. The above scholarships are not open to UK/EU applicants. The above scholarships are available for full-time on-campus courses only.

Doctorate - The Deans scholarship is for outstanding international and EU applicants. All candidates must have the equivalent of a UK 1st class degree and / or equivalent of a Distinction at UK Masters’ level to be eligible. Both part-time and full-time Postgraduate Research candidates will be considered for this scholarship. The awards are reserved for self-funded and partially-funded International and EU students only. Candidates who are fully sponsored by a third party will not be entitled to these Scholarships. Students must be paying International Tuition Fee levels.
